Even if I agree to Wisconsin; mathematically on account of area New Jersey’s share comes to 261.63 governments, when you take in to account the population density the number of governments New Jersey can have is reduced to 26.16, and now allowing concession on account of population 5.6 mil Vs. 8.5 mil of NJ; the maximum number of Gov NJ can have is 39 whereas I have been proposing 40 for the last 3 years.
