POLITICIANS OF NJ

POLITICIANS OF NJ HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY THEIR DOCTORS NOT TO STANDUP OR SPEAK AGAINST INJUSTICE, CORRUPTION AND DISCRIMINATION. IT COULD BE VERY INJURIOUS TO THEIR SPINES AND VOCAL CORDS. THEY ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO STAND UP AND SPEAK IN FUND RAISERS, ELECTION RALLIES AND GALA PARTIES.UNFORTUNATELY WHAT THEY SPEAK AT THAT TIME IS FUZZY MATHEMATICS ON ECONOMY,ILLUSIVE MORAL TALKS AND UNREALISTIC PROMISES,THAT THEY ARE FULLY AWARE CAN NOT BE FULL-FILLED.

New Jersey Legally Corrupt acceptable to Judge Anzaldi

MAKKAR V. STATE OF NEW JERSEY ET AL, MAKKAR V. WILF ET AL, UNN L 308 06 & 1007 06 CIVIL ACTION FILED AGAINST 189 POLITICIANS including Governor Corzine, Assemblyman Chivukula AND attorneys Warren Wilentz, John Anzalone, Torregrossa-O’Connor, Wiletz, Goldman, Spitzer, Seema Singh etc., state & municipal employees AND some individuals FOR LEGALIZED CORRUPTION & RACIAL SEGRAGATION. (Summary of the Transcripts):

Dave: All these attorneys are more intelligent than me. All of them are more...

Judge Ross R. Anzaldi: I think you’re very intelligent. You’re putting together. You know you are making your effort to do what you feel is appropriate.

Dave:
They are more intelligent than me. they are missing the point. These people are in an advantageous position and are more equal than others. If a person like me, who is FOB, fresh off the boat, can pinpoint the corruption. These people are part of the corruption and doing corruption and helping corruption. That’s very pathetic. I’m living in the most corrupt state of United States. 8.5 Million people are being governed by 566 Mayors, 600 Police Chiefs, 3,000 Councilmen. All kind of nonsense. You go to New York City, 8 Million people they have only 1 Mayor, 51 Councilmen and 1 Police Chief. This case involves massive corruption. (www.municipalcorruption.blogspot.com)

Judge: What Mr. Makkar does express, repeatedly, and most strongly, because I am convinced he feels this sincerely, is that there is corruption afoot, not only in the township of Springfield, but in the County of Union and in the state of New Jersey, That it’s systemic. He alleges that it’s systemic throughout the governmental agencies. Though I’m convinced he feels this sincerely, there is requirements that this Court must address. Therefore, I am compelled to dismiss.....his complaints....

(ha! ha! ha! my loyalty is towards Politicians who has put me in this office. Why I should care about the Residents they don’t have any role when it comes to my promotion or re-confirmation, so why I should I treat this case as “Public Interest Litigation”

Dave: I’m disappointed. (www.njpoliticians.blogspot.com)

Judge: I can appreciate your frustration.

Dave: Is not frustration. These are the facts, I’m an illiterate person. And I’m dealing with very well educated people and they’re themselves involved in corruption. That’s it.
(For info: www. Attorney-judge-corruption.blogspot.com)

FACTS ABOUT NJ: 8,000 sq. miles 588 governments with a budget of $33 billion for the state & 45 billion for local governments and has a debt of $140 billion. Over 9,000 Elected officials, 400,000 state& municipal employees. Property tax collection $19 billion. Against National average $8,000 NJ Cost to educate a student $18,000 & $29,000 in Abbott Districts still 250,000 students can not comprehend in basic education. There is no match to NJ in the entire world. It is legally corrupt & racist.

New Jersey can cut property tax by 60%

HOW TO CHOP OFF YOUR PROPERTY TAX BY 60%

I am sure every body wants to chop off their Property Taxes into half, at least I want it. We can do it by joining together. Here is a very simple solution chop off 566 Mayors, 3000 Council Members, 5000 School Board Members, 550 Police Chiefs, 672 School Board Superintendents, 500 Fire Chiefs, 500 Assistant Attorney Generals, 250 Municipal Judges, 566 Town Clerks, 137 Freeholders and a batallion of corrupt attornys & various other officials in various positions in a town . That many individuals who are not needed are ruling/stealing from the hard working 8,590,300 residents of New Jersey. They have made New Jersey the most urbanized state in USA, the most corrupt and non-secular state with highest property taxes and the costliest School System with racially segrgated schools & towns in the whole world.

Unionized Politicians of NJ posing as Republicans & Democrats defending 566 municipal governments with 587 gangs with 1908 Municipal Governments of Wisconsin; its area is 65,498 sq miles where as New Jersey is in 8,729 sq miles. Population density 1 person/98.8 sq miles and New Jersey 1030 persons/sq miles this is 13 times the national average. Even if I agree to Wisconsin; mathematically on account of area New Jersey’s share comes to 261.63 governments, when you take in to account the population density the number of governments New Jersey can have is reduced to 26.16, and now allowing concession on account of population 5.6 mil Vs. 8.5 mil of NJ; the maximum number of Gov NJ can have is 39 whereas I have been proposing 40 for the last 3 years.

New York City for 82 mil residents has 52 Elected Post & poster boy of corruption for pro Israeli American Media India’s capital state of Delhi has 374 Elected Post & 175,000 employees for 14.5 mil residents.

NEW JERSEYANS CAN NOT AFFORD 587 LOCAL GANGS FULL OF HARD CORE CRIMINAL SCOUNDRELS POSING AS REPUBLICANS & DEMOCRATS WITH WOMANIZER CORZINE AS THEIR LEADERS; LOOTING NEW JERSEYAN'S LEGALLY.

WHY NOT 13 LOCAL GOVERNMENTS BASED ON 13 CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS OR AT THE MOST 40 LOCAL GOVERNMENTS BASED ON 40 STATE SENATE DISTRICTS. NEW JERSEY NEEDS RE-ORGANIZATION

Let their be an open Public dialogue and let them speak about the reorganization plan; Pimps posing as Republicans & Democrats should not try to scare New Jerseyans that in their School Districts all the colored children will break in to beat up their white kids or there will be no Police or Fire Brigade or Emergency services when they need them. Learn some thing from Wal-Mart how to manage inventories & personals, from Microsoft or Yahoo about Customer Service and from Warren Buffet how to put your investments to work for you as well as how to donate billions to the less fortunate in the society.

There are only 46 Municipalities in NJ, which can be called viable Corporations /Businesses. Shocking part is practically all Minorities and American Africans are crammed in these 46 Towns. BLACK SCHOOL DISTRICTS v. WHITE SCHOOL DISTRICTS. In other towns like Springfield, Westfield etc. minorities have no say. If they raise any questions they can be labeled TERRORISTS. This is broad day light Robbery in the name of Democracy by the unionized political bosses/criminals of NJ to loot the residents of NJ and to legally keep racial segregation alive in New Jersey. Politicians from minorities “The Traitors” to their own communities must understand according to politicians controlling NJ; Newark is a “Big Square” as compared to a small one in Springfield by Ruby St. In Jonathon Dayton of this town all colored students have their lockers in one corner called “Nigger Avenue.”

DEFINITION OF DEMOCRACY IN NJ

DEMOCRACY “MEANS NOT THE WILL OF MAJORITY BUT THE WILL OF ORGANIZED MINORITIES-BIG BUSINESSES, DEVELOPERS/BUILDERS, PWERFUL THIEFS (POLITICIANS), STATE/CITY/COUNTY EMPLOYEE UNIONS, ATTORNEYS AND LOCAL THUGS.”

Info for Councilperson & Freeholder with 2 Offices is not complete. 2 Elected Office Or State or Federal Jobs are banned in 38 other states of USA because of conflict of interest. In Indiana, holding 2 offices is a Class D Felony, on Par with illegal Drug possession and punishable by up to 3 years in prison.

State of NJ allowing individuals to be both an Executive Branch employee and serve in the Legislative Branch is in violation of the Constitution. “You cannot be both an executive branch employee and serve in the legislative branch.”

American Media which always project India as one of the most corrupt democracy in the world should know that in India a Jon Corzine cannot install a Bob Menandez to his elected office by changing the voters intent. No one can hold 2 Elected Office or Elected Office and a state/city/federal job. Even when one is filling the nomination papers he or she has to resign their state/city/federal job.

Is New Jersey a Banana Republic? or A Princely State with 566 Princely Estates?
